Services

Mental health counseling may serve to help you feel less alone, isolated, or judged and improve your coping skills, while talking openly and honestly about feelings.

Individuals

Everyone struggles at some point in their life and can benefit from unbiased feedback and support. In a non-judgmental and private setting, one can allow themselves to develop a stronger awareness and learn valuable tools to accomplish their goals.

Couples

Whether dating, engaged, married, or its complicated- relationships can be challenging and communication is key to any healthy relationship.

Families

Every family is unique and therefore, faces challenges differently.  Whether faced with conflict, grief, stage of life issues, or general stressors, a trained professional can help guide your family to a more harmonious team.

Groups

In a small group setting, one can gain support, insight, and feedback from others experiencing similar issues, in a safe, non-judgmental forum. With confidentiality, mutual respect, and commitment, a group can offer a safe space to grow and learn about oneself.  By itself, or in conjunction with individual, couple, or family therapies; group therapy has been shown to promote empowerment and control within one’s life.  Several small groups will run throughout the year covering topics such as anger management, parenting, couples, post-partum, anxiety, self-esteem issue, and more.  Most groups will be closed groups to maintain cohesion while some will allow for more ongoing support.  Most groups will run about 8-10 weeks.
