No Surprises Billing Act
In accordance with state and federal requirements under the No Surprises Act, specified by the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) under 45 CFR 149.410 and 149.420, our office adheres to the notification and estimating requirements according to your rights regarding unanticipated medical bills.
Before starting services with us, you will be provided with a Surprise Billing Protection Form as well as estimated fees for all services rendered.
